Queen - Radio Ga Ga
Spliff - Radio
Stan Ridgeway - Mexican Radio
Relax - Radio hör'n
Spliff - Sweet As Radio (+ die gesamte Radio Show)
Donna Summer - On The Radio

Wenn man auf "Radio" im Titel verzichtet:

Indeep - Last Night A DJ Saved My Life
Tom Petty - The Last DJ

Und jetzt dürft Ihr...

Nicht zu vergessen:

The Corrs - Listen to the radio
oder indirekt (für Robbyugo)

James Last - Happy Luxembourg (als Hymne vom Radio Luxembursch)

R.E.M. Radio Song

Hey, I can't find nothing on the radio
Yo! turn to that station

The world is collapsing
Around our ears
I turned up the radio
But I can't hear it

When I got to the house
And I called you out
I could tell that you had been crying, crying
It's that same sing song on the radio
It makes me sad
I meant to turn it off
To say goodbye
To leave in quiet
that radio song

.......

Check it out
What are you saying
What are you playing
Who are you obeying
day out day in?
Baby baby baby
That stuff is driving me crazy
DJs communicate to the masses
Sex and violent classes
Now our children grow up prisoners
All their lives radio listeners

Hi,

Shakespears Sisters - Hello (turn your Radio on)

Ray Stevens- Turn your Radio on

Listen to your Radio (könnte James Taylor sein, bin mir aber nicht sicher)

Emmylou Harris- On the radio
Joe Jackson-On your radio
John Hiatt- Radio Girl
Elvis Costello-Radio Radio
Buggles-Video killed the Radio Star

bye

corrillo

Turn Off The Radio

Turn on the radio take a listen
What you're missing
Personally I'm sick of the ass-kissing
What I'm kicking to you won't get rotation
Nowhere in the nation
Program directors and DJ's ignored me
Cause I simply said fuck Top Forty
And top thirty top twenty and top ten
Until you put more hip-hop in
Then I might grin but don't pretend that you're down with the C
And go and dis me in a magazine
How could you figure the brother could dig ya
DJ face down in the river
No it's not a threat but a promise
I'm as
Crazy as they come see
Mama didn't love me
All I got is my nine
And to calm the savage beast here's the Alpine

Turn off that motherfucking radio!
Turn off that bullshit!
Turn off that motherfucking radio!
Turn off that bullshit!
Play the music ************ put the music on
Damn!

Tune in to the radio listen for a minute
Yo G stick a fucking tape in it
Cause all the radio do is gangle
That R&B love triangle
If you're out there kicking it with the brothers
You don't care about lovers
You wanna hear a young nigga on the mic
Going buck wild
Throwing and flowing and showing new styles
That's where I'm coming from
Reality that's what they're running from
So if you're down with Ice Cube let me know that you know
Yo turn off the radio

Basically those black guys and those rap guys
They don't know what the fuck they're doing
I hate those fuckers
I hate em
Especially that one guy
The AmeriKKKa's most wanted
Ice Cube I hate that fucker
Get him off the air, get him off, get him off
Get that rap shit out of here!

HITradios.
JOE JACKSON: HIT SINGLE
auf "laughter and lust"

You might have seen me hangin' around
I never miss one night I could be on the town
I used to be another one like you
Always running home to that special one or two
And when I think of all the years of finding out
What I already knew
Now I spead myself around
And you can have 3 minutes too
'Cause I'm a hit single
Lookin' out for number one

I got a line or two that never fail
And every time you look around I'll be there on your tail
I'm nothing special but I don't give in
Before you know it I'll be there right underneath your skin

And if you think that being serious and smart
Gets you where you should be
You must be not only joking
But way too heavy for me

'Cause I'm a hit single
Goin' straight to number one

And when I die and go to pure pop heaven
The angels will gather around
And ask me for my whole life story
And ask for that fabulous sound
But I know they're gonna stop me
As I start going through every line
And say please not the whole damn album
Nobody has that much time

Please . . .

Just the hit single
You gotta love that number one

Mein absoluter Favorit:

HARRY CHAPIN - WOLD

Den Text will ich Euch nicht vorenthalten:

Hello Honey, it's me
What did you think when you heard me back on the radio?
What did the kids say when they knew it was their long lost daddy-o?
Remember how we listened to the radio
And I said `That's the place for me'
And how I got the job as an FM Jock the day you married me?
We were two kids and I was was into AM rock
But I just had to run around
It's been eight years since I left you babe
Let me tell you 'bout what's gone down

CHORUS
I am the morning DJ on W*O*L*D
Playing all the hits for you wherever you may be
The bright good-morning voice who's heard but never seen
Feeling all of forty-five going on fifteen

The drinking I did on my last big gig made my voice go low
They said that they liked the younger sound when they let me go
So I drifted on down to Tulsa, Oklahoma to do me a late night talk show
Now I worked my way back home again, via Boise, Idhao
That's how this business goes

CHORUS

I've been making extra money playing high school sock hops
I'm a big time guest MC
You should hear me talking to the little children
And listen what they say to me
Got a spot on the top of my head, begging for a new toupee
And a tire on my gut from sitting on my
But they're never gonna go away
Sometimes I get this crazy dream
That I just drive off in my car
But you can travel on ten thousand miles and still say where you are
I've been thinking that I should quit disk jockeying
And start that record store
Maybe I could settle down if you'ld take me back once more
OK Honey, I see
I guess he's better than me
Sure, Old Girl, I understand
You don't have to worry, I'm such a happy man
W*O*L*D, W*O*L*D, W*O*L, W*O*L, W*O*L*D*D*D

I am the morning DJ on K*H*J
Playing all the hits for you Playing them night and day
The bright good morning voice who's heard but never seen
Feeling all of forty-five, going on fifteen
I am the morning DJ on W*O*L*D

*Wow!*

Al Stewart - Song On The Radio
Kiosk - Radio 24
Les Reed Orchestra - Man Of Action
(Erkennungsmelodie DDO + Radio Nordsee Int´l)
The Carpenters - Yesterday Once More
(Textzeile: When I was young I´d listen to the radio
waiting for my favourite song
when it came I´d sing along
it made me smile...)

Radiomann - unsichtbarer Don Juan.
Weil man Radio nicht sehen kann
spricht ihn draußen keiner an.
Er ist ein Radiomann, autogener Don Juan.
Radiomann...

Radiomann - unsichtbarer Don Juan.
Weil man Radio nicht sehen kann
spricht ihn draußen keiner an.
Er ist ein Radiomann, autogener Don Juan.
Radiomann...

Kamener Kreuz, links vorbei.

Spider Murphy Gang - Radio
Nichts - Radio
